DO YOU USE AMAZON? If you do, think about supporting us, too! The next time you go to shop on Amazon, instead of logging on to go to “Smile.Amazon.com”. You then logon to your account as you normally would. The first time you use that site, you will be asked to choose a charity. They have some national ones featured, or you can choose your own. Type in “LaFayette Public Library” (make sure you choose the one in LaFayette, NY). From then on, anytime you log on to Smile.Amazon.com to shop on Amazon, .5% of your purchases go to the library. So for every $1,000 spent, we get $5. And you will be spending the same amount of money as you did before! So remember, Smile.Amazon.com. Thanks!
Field Goods is an organization that delivers fresh food from small farms and works with many of the libraries in Onondaga County. This is a "local supports local" effort.
The LaFayette Public Library serves as a drop off/pick up place to deliver the food.
It is custom ordering so you can pick what you want delivered. The food is delivered on a weekly basis on Wednesday.
There is an option to add $1.00 to your order that will go to the library so it serves as a fundraiser, besides also helping support the local economy.
